If you are an instructor based in the US and are teaching with us for the first time and/or have taught your last cohort for 6 months or more, you will be added to our HR system. Once you receive the invitation to create your account you will need to do two things: Create your account, add your contact and bank information and sign all the documents as part of your hiring process.
Once we have signed all the documents required by the state that you are based in, you will receive an invitation to T-sheets. T-sheets is the platform that you will use to add your time-card that will be used to process your payroll biweekly.
After you have created your account and signed all the documents in Rippling you will only use that platform to retrieve your W2 at the beginning of every year in preparation for your taxes.
